Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop a team of multi‑skilled engineers
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and site services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support equipment upgrades
Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance reliability
Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and maintenance schedules
Act as the go‑to technical point of contact on shift
