Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Operations Officer to manage the Waste Care operations, supervise the day-to-day workforce, and ensure efficient delivery of services in Dudley. The role requires a commitment to health, safety and employee wellbeing, with a focus on safe working practices across all activities.
The position is full-time (37 hours per week) with working hours from 05:30 to 17:00 and occasional out-of-hours work. Grade 8, £36,581 to £39,481 per annum.
