Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Pensnett Road, Dudley, West Midlands, England, DY1 2HQ

Salary: £25,419.71 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain stock controls and front‑of‑house/bar ordering.
• Act as the face of the catering brand at the customer site.
• Perform cash collection and banking duties.
• Handle additional duties as required for effective operation of the site.

• Previous catering experience in a similar environment.
• Strong supervisory experience.
• Proficient in numeracy, literacy and communication to perform role duties.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Flexibility to work at several outlets on-site as required.
• Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but training will be provided.
