Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

AM Staffing Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Picker / Packer on behalf of our Kingswinford based client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading goods

* Pick and pack orders accurately using manual pick sheets

* Stock items and maintain an organised warehouse inventory

* Carry out quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards

* Assist with heavy lifting when required, following safe manual handling procedures

* Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in a picking and packing or warehouse role

* Good levels of written and spoken English

* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and reliability

* Monday to Friday day shifts (no weekends)

* Temp to Perm opportunity after 13 weeks
