Distro is seeking an on-site Recruiter to handle high-volume recruiting across multiple sites, including Duluth. You’ll source, screen, and move candidates for non-sales roles, collaborating with hiring managers to optimize time-to-fill and maintain precise records.
This role requires strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment and experience with staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus. The position is on-site with standard hours from 9:00 a.m.
