** This is a 12-month maternity cover position based in our Dumfries office. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

** What You’ll Be Doing:
** As a Specialist Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support via email, phone, and live chat. You’ll manage a defined customer group, triage inbound queries, and proactively engage to ensure satisfaction and success.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Deliver top-tier customer support across multiple channels.
* Manage and maintain customer relationships within a defined business area.
* Triage and escalate queries to the appropriate teams.
* Keep customers informed and updated on progress.
* Identify and suggest process improvements.
* Participate in training to enhance product and business knowledge.
* Stay current with product updates and internal communications.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Experience in customer service or internal sales within a commercial, sales-focused environment.
* Educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent.
* Knowledge of the veterinary profession or animal health market is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
