As a Trainee Care Assistant you will help residents with daily tasks such as dressing, eating, and socialising. You will follow care plans, learn practical skills, and most importantly, build real, human connections.

• £13.49 – £14.49 per hour
• Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
• Full training and induction – no prior experience needed
• Two‑Four week buddy system – shadowing and support as you settle in
• Paid PVG, uniform, and onsite parking
