Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Wedderburn House, 1 Edward Street, Dundee, DD1 5NS

Service: Community Mental Health and Learning Disability Services
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour
Contract: Fixed-term, minimum of 3 months
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

(One day per week will be a 4:30pm finish; the day will vary depending on staffing requirements)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our clients team at Wedderburn House. This is a fully office-based role and will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Greeting patients, visitors, and staff entering the building
• Answering telephone calls, which may occasionally be distressing in nature
• Using an electronic room booking system
• Using an electronic appointment booking system
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of reception services

• Professional, calm, and approachable manner
• Comfortable communicating with members of the public in sensitive situations
• Confident using IT systems and electronic booking systems
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Able to work flexibly within the stated hours
