Site Agent

Contract Scotland are looking to support a contractor with the appointment of an experienced Agent / Construction Manager to join a busy, live civils project in Dundee, with an immediate start available.

The Role
This is a hands-on role supporting a Senior PM across two nearby sites with a combined value of £5 6m. The initial contract will run for 4 6 months, with strong potential for further work on upcoming projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting site teams and subcontractors
Managing concrete works, highways and general civils activities
Overseeing programme, paperwork and daily site operations
Ensuring high standards of health & safety
Working closely with site squads and senior management
Providing input from a commercial perspective where required

Requirements
Solid experience in concrete structures, highways and civils
Confident managing live sites and engaging site teams
CSCS and SMSTS essential
First Aid preferred
Available for Mon Fri working, 9 10 hour days (very occasional weekends)

Location & Logistics
Dundee-based sites in close proximity
Occasional visits to an offsite yard in Irvine

Rates & Engagement
CIS or PAYE/Umbrella
