Customer Service, Personal Banker (12 Months)
Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Dundee, United Kingdom. This role is based in the United Kingdom and all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.
We’re offering this role for a period of 12 months. This job does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
What You’ll Do- You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- Proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
- Support you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skill with full training.
- Work with high levels of accuracy, providing each customer with a seamless and positive experience.
- Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers.
- Help customers understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we can offer.
- Identify opportunities to help customers with simple financial products, collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Motivation, drive to develop your career and a customer‑centric approach are essential. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll need to highlight the benefits of our products and procedures to customers in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way.

You’ll join us on a competitive salary starting of £26,010, pro rata for the hours you work.

Work during branch opening hours, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, rotational Saturdays, and include some bank holidays. Flexibility is required.
