You will have a 3 National 4s or equivalent to include Maths and English.
Responsibilities You will be part of a team responsible for the collection of monies in respect of Council Services, carrying out all work allocated efficiently and with high customer focus.
The Individual You will have experience of large volume cash (over £5k) collection and balancing, working with the public face to face and using computerised cash systems. You will also have good numeric, written and oral communication and IT skills, be customer focused and able to work under pressure. You will be flexible, reliable and approachable. A Level 1 - Basic Disclosure Scotland Check is required.
