As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will help plan and build vital infrastructure such as roads, buildings, substations, and other structures. You will work on-site, learning how to support the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects.

You will gain hands‑on experience in design, installation, and maintenance, while ensuring all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.

Graduates with a degree in a relevant field. Our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities.

The role is designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path.

• Minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel to various locations and to stay away from home as required; reasonable travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
• Offer subject to pre‑employment checks and a security check, which may include a DBS check.
