Water Hygiene Technician

What you'll be doing:

• Travel to customer sites ensuring water systems are safe and compliant across the region.
• Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including leading tank chlorinations.
• Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves.
• Conduct routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG 274 Part 2 (flushing outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling shower heads, flushing pressure vessels, sampling closed systems).
• Use SimPRO system to manage workload.
• Identify problems and proactively find solutions, applying knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG
  274.

Qualifications:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG
  274 preferred.
