Mortgage Advisor - Dundee

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

The role will support the Your Move estate agency businesses in Dundee. Positions are available as either Employed or Self‑Employed, with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch you partner with.

Key details:

• Full office or hybrid working is available.
• Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+.
• For the self‑employed role, splits are 70% on self‑generated deals and a 45% lead‑provided percentage.
• We are only looking for already‑existing CAS Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
