Support Worker, Healthcare Nursing

Our client a respected healthcare provider in Dundee is seeking Support Workers to join their dedicated care team. This rewarding role is ideal for compassionate professionals who want to make a genuine difference in peoples lives within a supportive hospital environment.

As an Agency Support Worker youll deliver person‑centred care promote independence and contribute to a safe and positive care experience for all service users.

• Deliver high-quality person‑centred care and support.
• Assist with personal care daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Support service users with mental health and learning disabilities in a hospital setting.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records.
• Promote dignity respect and inclusion at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team.

• Up-to-date Mandatory Training (aligned to UK healthcare standards).
• Valid PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence & Aggression) certificate.
• Oliver McGowan Training in learning disability and autism awareness (Tier 1 and Tier
  2).
• Proof of immunisations (Varicella MMR TB & Hepatitis
  
  B).
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with shifts and duties.

• Experience supporting individuals with complex or mental health needs.
