This part‑time (24 hours per week) permanent position is based in Dundee and supports two wonderful women with profound learning and physical disabilities who live in their own shared home.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication management.
- Offer support with hobbies and interests such as music, films, cooking, walks, arts & crafts and local community activities.
- Drive or escort the ladies to appointments and outings as required (driving skill a plus but not mandatory).
- Maintain a warm, friendly and dedicated team environment.
- A caring and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Positive, willing‑to‑learn attitude.
- Creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support.
- Confidence using a computer.
Early mornings, days, evenings, waking nights, weekends and public holidays. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 per night.

Successful candidates must join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare, supported by our Training Academy.
If you have spent more than 12 months in the UK (excluding the listed European countries) for 10 years while over 18, you must provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant authorities.
Successful applicants will be required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting employment.
