Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sourcing team across multiple commodities and categories. This position will be responsible for coordinating and tracking sourcing initiatives driving progress across projects and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and project management principles excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify Dover Zero harm rules in support of a safe working environment.
  • Support the planning coordination and execution of sourcing and supply chain projects across multiple commodities.
  • Track project timelines milestones and deliverables on time and within the scope
  • Prepare regular project status reports dashboards and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Partner closely with sourcing managers supply chain team finance engineering quality operations to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Support supplier engagement activities including data collection meeting coordination and follow-up actions.
  • Analyse spend data supplier performance metrics and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers KPIs and documentation for continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise processes improve efficiencies and drive cost savings.
  • Proactively identify potential risks gaps or bottlenecks within projects and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration transparency and efficiency across sourcing activities.
  • Full accountability and ownership for all aspects of assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Assist in documenting the best practices workflows and lessons learned for future initiatives.
Candidate Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or similar in supply chain management Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination sourcing procurement or supply chain support role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes sourcing principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
