Waracle is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our world‑class digital technology consultancy. We support ambitious clients in solving their biggest business and customer challenges by innovating and creating intelligent digital products and services. This hybrid role can be based from our offices in Dundee, Glasgow, Edinburgh or London.

• Architect and develop scalable full‑stack solutions for end‑to‑end features and small subsystems.
• Drive code quality through peer reviews, enforce technical standards, and guide comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, UI, performance, security, accessibility).
• Lead feature delivery as a technical lead, managing execution, translating business objectives into technical requirements, and mitigating project risks.
• Improve efficiency by introducing automation and CI/CD pipelines to enhance workflow and sprint velocity.
• Communicate technical concepts confidently to clients and represent the company externally (e.g., meetups, recruitment).
• Mentor junior colleagues, run knowledge‑sharing sessions, and contribute to the technical body of knowledge.

• Full‑stack application delivery experience, acting as a technical lead for workstream delivery.
• Expert‑level proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue, and/or Umbraco, with a strong track record of improving application accessibility and quality.
• Proven ability to deliver robust backend systems and APIs, demonstrating strong .NET and C# skills and knowledge of application security.
• Experience with modern Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD, build/release pipelines, and complex Git workflows.
• Technical leadership skills – defining clear technical requirements, translating complex business needs, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing application performance.
