The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the supply planning process in translating product needs for our clients into a plan that delivers those products on time, in full. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining inventory‑management reports, reconciling client materials, maintaining BOM for costing accuracy, supporting the interface between customer and manufacturing site, and driving resolution of constraints to satisfy the client.
KeyAccountabilities
- Support supply planners in optimizing customer service through on‑time, in‑full delivery of finished goods.
- Interpret and validate client product forecast updates and process client orders.
- Create and coordinate client inventory reconciliation reports.
- Monitor and execute supplier & client chargebacks for material cost recovery.
- Ensure MRP parameters are reviewed and updated regularly.
- Schedule material delivery using MRP for all raw materials, labels, and packaging.
- Coordinate on‑time, in‑full delivery of manufacturing materials with vendors.
- Plan and utilize inventories to maximize JIT supply and avoid obsolescence.
- Represent Supply Chain on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including product line extensions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and technical teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- High‑school/GCSE standard education level.
- B.S. or B.A. degree in an applicable field is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience in a similar working environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and administrative abilities.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Determination to see jobs through to completion.
- Ability to work accurately within strict deadlines.
