Warehouse Cleaner

Job Description

Blue Arrow is recruiting Warehouse Cleaners to work at a large distribution centre based in Dundee.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum warehouse floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and staff areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, shelving, and equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with spill clean‑ups and minor hazards promptly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.

• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.

• Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting).
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• No formal education required, but training in cleaning procedures is an advantage.

• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

• Warehouse environment (may include exposure to dust, noise and varying temperatures).
• 6am‑10pm, 5 days over 7 (suitable for students).
• Use of cleaning equipment and protective gear.

The pay rate for this role is £12.37 per hour.
