Location: Kingdom Group, Glenrothes (Hybrid meetings via Microsoft Teams or in person). Travel and reasonable expenses reimbursed.

• Proven experience in strategic finance, digital, risk management, asset management, corporate governance, care sector, or strategic leadership.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and board responsibilities.

Board meetings: at least six per year for the KHA Board; at least four per year for the KSC and KI Boards.

Board meetings normally held in the Glenrothes office. Hybrid meetings available via Microsoft Teams. Default in‑person when possible.
