Salary: £45,718 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Manager who is customer‑focused and performance‑driven. Self‑motivated with strong communication skills, you will lead the delivery and development of AEL’s services to its customers.
Responsibilities- Head a diverse team of people
- Review and develop the business, identifying ways to improve services and seeking new opportunities
- Innovate and drive forward new ideas
- Deliver and develop services to our customers
- Experience managing teams in a service delivery environment
