Overview
Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking to recruit a full-time Compliance and Asset Co-ordinator to join our busy Property Services team. The role is based in Edinburgh with hybrid working options and a focus on managing and delivering programmes that ensure full health and safety compliance and provide excellent asset management services to our customers.
Responsibilities- Support the Property Services team in delivering programmes to ensure health and safety compliance and effective asset management.
- Contribute to delivering services that meet customer needs and statutory requirements.

- Position: Compliance and Asset Co-ordinator (full time, 35 hours)
- Salary: EVH Grade 7 £ 42,707 - £46,895
- Pension: SHAPS Pension Scheme (Pension Salary Sacrifice available)
- Working pattern: Flexi time
- Annual leave: 25 days plus 15 public holidays
- Location: Head Office, 5 New Mart Place, Edinburgh EH14 1RW
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- Office hours: Monday–Thursday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Friday 9.00 am – 3.30 pm
- Closing Date: 21st January 2026, at 12 noon
Manor Estates Housing Association is a social landlord, responsible for over 1,100 homes in Edinburgh. We have a staff team of 32 and are based in offices in New Mart Place. We are looking for someone to join our Property Services team who has experience of managing and delivering programmes that ensure full health and safety compliance and provide excellent asset management services to our customers.
