Warren James is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery with a desire to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

• Help run the shop and deliver excellent customer service to maximise sales and footfall.
• Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional one‑to‑one customer experiences.
• Assist with visual jewellery displays and day‑to‑day shop duties.
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our jewellery collections.
• Set a positive example in all aspects of the job.

• Display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
• Maintain smart, well‑groomed appearance reflecting the company’s public image.
• Work independently and manage own initiative.
• Team‑orientated and follow management instruction.
• Pay close attention to detail in everything you do.

Jewellery knowledge is not required; training will be provided.

• Full and part‑time contracts.
• 28 days
  * holiday per year (after 5 years, 33 days
  * per year;
  * including 8 bank holidays pro‑rata for part‑time).
