We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors to join our small dynamic team in Dundee. If you’re driven, love speaking to people, and want to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team with big career opportunities, this is for you.

• Working with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling!
• Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Advising customers on tailored car finance options
• Managing each customer’s journey from enquiry to approval
• Coordinating with dealers and internal teams to finalise deals
• Logging updates accurately in our CRM system
• Verifying documents such as  bank details
• Providing outstanding customer service – always

You’ll be fully trained through our in‑house Ninja Training Academy – a hands‑on, immersive learning experience that sets you up for success. Learn everything from FCA regulations and finance products to objection handling and high‑conversion sales techniques. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you’ll be guided every step of the way

• Sales or customer service experience (especially phone‑based)
• Previous contact centre experience is a bonus – but we’re not a typical call centre
• A confident, clear communicator who builds rapport easily
• Able to follow a structured sales process and hit KPIs
• Motivated, goal‑driven, and full of energy
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and good at handling objections
• Knowledge of car finance or motor sales? Even better!

Example shift pattern

• Week 1: 9-6 Monday to Friday
• Week 2: 10-7 weekday shifts, 2 days weekdays off in the week, 9-6 Saturday, 10:30 – 5:30 Sunday
