Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant – Arnold Clark – Dundee, Scotland

We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Renault/Dacia/Hyundai branch in Dundee.

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a traditional car sales job – you’ll help customers find the right car, provide outstanding 5‑star service from the moment they walk through the door, and nurture a great after‑sales experience.

As a Product Consultant, you’ll be with customers every step of the way – from the first step through to the final after‑sales experience. Your day will involve:

• Helping customers identify the right vehicle for their needs.
• Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer; going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers during the sales process.
• Selling the appropriate sales package including finance, servicing and other options with integrity and professionalism.
• Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
• Working collaboratively with a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Staying in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.

• Attention to detail; organised and reliable.
• Desire to build a lasting, fulfilling career.
• A full driving licence held for at least one year.

• £25,500 base salary (no company car) or £23,500 (with company car).
• Target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential.
