Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off; weekend work included.

We are the UK’s favourite car‑buying service, growing fast, with over 500 branches opening monthly. We seek enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals. Prior automotive knowledge is not required; we provide full training.

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
