Pre Brief Operative

Job Details- Contract Type: Permanent part time – 30 hours per week.
- Salary: £12.21 per hour, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
- Location: Unit 3, Fowler Road, West Pitkerro Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD5 3RU
. - Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday.
- Hours of Work: 08:00 am – 14:30 pm.
- Maintain and update Google Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage the hand‑held devices, called Saturns, for drivers – sign them in and out and ensure all are accounted for and properly maintained.
- Report and log damaged Saturns so repairs can be scheduled promptly, keeping a detailed record of all device issues.
- Keep the depot internal system, Universe, up to date, ensuring all data entries are accurate and consistent.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers who use the depot for parcel collection.
- Resolve customer queries satisfactorily, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support colleagues on the warehouse floor with various duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute to process‑improvement discussions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the depot environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, promoting a professional image of the depot.
- Data‑entry experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and able to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer‑service skills and a professional, courteous demeanour.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Capability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
