Position

Details

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Company Car: Eligible to drive a company car after successful completion of a 6‑month probation period

Hours: 44 hours per week;
Monday–Wednesday 9–5.30pm, Thursday 9–8pm, Friday 9–5pm and Saturday 9–3pm on a rota

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable vehicles
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
  • Completing all relevant sales paperwork
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
The Ideal Candidate

You’ll have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the motivation to succeed in a target‑driven environment. Previous sales or motor trade experience is not essential – if you have strong customer service experience and the drive to learn, we’ll give you the tools to build a successful career in automotive sales.

A full UK driving licence is required, as you’ll have the opportunity to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
