Facilities Officer

Facilities Officer required on a permanent full‑time basis, based at Dunfermline City Chambers, Dunfermline, although you will be managing West of Fifes Corporate Buildings on a day‑to‑day basis.

Working Hours
  • 36 hours per week, flexible hours 06:30am‑20:30pm, Monday to Friday, 52‑week contract.

Responsibilities &

The Person
  • Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2, Standard Grades at Credit level or ideally ONC in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel between different locations/buildings.
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership – See How We Work Matters Framework).
  • Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.
  • Communication skills.
  • Team working skills (work together).
  • Required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
