As a Maintenance Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our Facilities Maintenance team, driving operational efficiency and ensuring our services meet the highest standards of compliance and performance. Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Coordinating planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the department
• Managing and registering new assets in IFS, and overseeing all existing PM actions
• Maintaining a high level of service and customer care
• Producing planning KPIs to support effective management of the planning function
• Reviewing work packages to embed key planning principles

You’ll work 36 hours per week, based on‑site  working times apply. Travel to other Babcock and customer sites may be expected.

• Facilities management experience in a large industrial environment
• Familiarity with SFG
  20 maintenance specifications
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practices
• Ability to provide information for accreditation and compliance

• Preferably qualified in NC in Engineering or Facilities Management
• IOSH qualification or equivalent
• IWFM Level 4 qualification or willingness to undertake training.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
