Registered Nurse – Dalgety Bay Care Home

Full Time & Part Time. Salary: £22.36 per hour. Shift Type:
Night.

Hours:

24‑48 per week.

• Craft personalized care plans with residents, families, and health professionals.
• Ensure accurate, legal documentation of care.
• Lead the team at each shift and oversee handovers.
• Perform routine observations and manage specific health needs.
• Administer medications safely following MAR sheets and protocols.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Encourage resident independence and engagement in activities.
• Maintain safety and a secure environment for all.
• Support balanced nutrition and hydration.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies using the on‑call system.

• Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
• Experience in a care home is a plus but passion for care and dedication to residents are essential.
• Ability to connect with residents, families, and colleagues with warmth, empathy, and calm.
• Strong communicator, able to update families and guide the care team with clarity and respect.
