Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Rosyth Area for a Recruitment Consultant experienced in the Industrials trades sector. The Recruitment Consultant will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including Sales, Sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to suitable roles. The role involves generating your own client base through telephone and face‑to‑face sales liaising with clients to understand their hiring needs, managing relationships, and ensuring effective communication between clients and candidates.

The consultant will also work towards meeting placement goals and maintaining an in‑depth understanding of industry trends to deliver exceptional recruitment services.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Graduate Recruitment and recruiting processes.
  • Proficient in client‑centred consulting and advising on recruitment strategies.
  • Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment to identify the best talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality services.
  • Prior recruitment experience is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets is beneficial.
