To manage the recruitment, on/off boarding, and mobilisation of resources within the project. The post will also be responsible for administrating the TQ process and act as the conduit between SPoC in the MoD, DRDL and RRDL teams. It will help in the implementation and use of various project processes on the project, as required. Results are primarily achieved through following process and adhering to the gate process when bringing people onto the project.

Formal processes and tools are used to manage resources, capture budgets, and changes.

• Oversee resource lifecycle
• Coordinate interfaces between teams and external DP’s
• Ensure relevant stakeholders are aware of resources
• Maintain and act on a live register of Technical Queries and Request for Information
• Ensure assumptions / change process’ are adhered to
• Expected to manage themselves and the process’ they are adhering to
• Assist hiring managers through the recruitment process
• Manage the closure of action tracker items
• Takes timely action on important or difficult issues
• Identifies and pursues new opportunities that benefit the project

• Accountable for managing TQ’s through their lifecycle ensuring assumptions, risk and changes have been captured through the risk team

• Ensure Vault (CDE) is being utilised to the best of its abilities and the teams are following workflows and engaging appropriately with Document Control
• Minuting and reporting as required
• Ability to translate project objectives into executable delivery plans and drive them through to completion

• Relatable industry Qualification

• Project lifecycle experience
• Application of core project management techniques
• Recent and relevant experience in a similar environment
• Awareness of governance processes
• Demonstrative involvement in Project Management
• Awareness of the need for compliance with SHE management systems
• Demonstrate strong approach to SHE, setting high standards
• Awareness of project life cycles and their content and linkage
• Appreciation of the link between resourcing, time and cost
• Ability to understand and formulate Technical Query requests and seek appropriate responses
• Understanding of Technical Queries
• Understanding of CDE systems (Vault)
