We are looking for a Volkswagen Group Warranty Administrator at Donnelly Group located at 59 Moy Road, Dungannon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time using Volkswagen systems.
  • Review repair orders for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
  • Track claim statuses, follow up on pending claims, and resolve rejections or denials.
  • Stay current with Volkswagen warranty policies, technical bulletins, and recall campaigns.
  • Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure proper documentation and diagnostics.
  • Prepare and maintain records for warranty audits and compliance reviews.
  • Communicate with Volkswagen warranty representatives to resolve claim and policy issues.
  • Assist with goodwill requests and warranty‑related technical queries.
  • Maintain organised records of all warranty submissions and correspondence.
  • Provide training or guidance to service staff on warranty procedures as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in warranty administration (Volkswagen or VAG brands preferred).
  • Familiarity with VW systems desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Required Criteria
  • Minimum of two years in an administrative role
  • Experience in a busy and demanding environment
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of the Microsoft suite, previous experience with a CRM system would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of claims processes, in particular warranty or finance concerns would also be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the motor industry would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided
  • Strong problem solving ability to identify and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
