This position supports the Planning function and requires strong communication, ownership of tasks, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

    06:00 – 18:00 (rotational, Team A)

    Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
    Week 2:
    Wed, Thu

Key Responsibilities
  • Release meat codes and production schedules
  • Reconcile kill figures from previous days
  • Run and communicate daily convenience and primary shortages
  • Place and update customers’ orders
  • Input carcass balances and update stock availability
  • Close historical process orders
  • Operate and update fill‑sheet requirements
  • Maintain and update weekly production plans
  • Monitor PD lines throughout the day
  • Manage changes to plans and provide accurate handovers
  • Liaise with operations teams and support managers
  • Provide accurate daily reports
  • Ensure clear communication and follow‑up on outstanding actions
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence to communicate with factory management
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Desirable experience in planning, administration or production environments (full training provided)
