Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Commercial

Salary – £50k - £60k plus package

About the Company

Working with a very reputable company who specialise in delivering commercial new builds and refurbishments of listed buildings to Northern Ireland.

They are also working on numerous public works contracts and one-off residential builds.

The Role

• Lead and deliver construction projects with precision, ensuring 95% on-time completion.
• Take charge of budgets, costs, and procurement, keeping cost variance below 5%.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring 90%+ satisfaction rates.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance, keeping safety at the forefront.
• Manage teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to site managers and junior staff.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience with a Main Contractor.
• Engineering background is desirable.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
