Working closely with the wider Commercial team in a rewarding environment, you will play a key role within the team in delivering quality and value for money projects to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our vibrant team.
AboutThe Role
- Negotiating and appointing sub‑contractors to schemes.
- Managing sub‑contractor packages from appointment to final account.
- Submitting valuations and variations on schemes.
- Building close working relationships with Contracts Managers and Site teams to deliver quality projects.
- Conducting site visits to view works completed and manage costs.
- Complying with all company systems and procedures, including the Information Management Systems.
- Other tasks commensurate with this role.

- Third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a construction‑related discipline.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT/NEC/PWC.
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines using initiative.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, especially Outlook and Excel.
