• Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations
• Clarify scope with contractors/merchants; manage updates/variations
• Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries and value options
• Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land
• Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy

• Construction estimating/quoting experience
• Confident reading construction drawings; strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail, numeracy and follow-through
• Clear communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers
• Able to commute to Cookstown
