The Role:

* Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
* Monitor and control costs to ensure value and profitability
* Manage risks related to cost and contracts
* Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
* Provide financial reporting, cash flow, and reconciliations
* Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations
* Collaborate with project managers, design, and procurement teams

The Person :
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Skilled in cost management, tendering, and contracts
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office The Rewards:
