• Lead site inspections and audits to identify and correct hazards, and flag training requirements.
• Support site teams by preparing and reviewing paperwork such as pre‑start SHEQ files, Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Inductions and Toolbox Talks.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and accident trend analysis.
• Aid administration of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001).
• Maintain documents for Health & Safety accreditations.
• Monitor subcontractors on‑site.
• Attend SHEQ and site meetings.
• Adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and policies.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Relevant NVQ H&S qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Construction Certificate).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and construction environment.
• Experience with ISO auditing & accreditation.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and strong construction‑based knowledge.
