The Role:

Process warranty claims from end to end Collect relevant data, prepare summary documentation and propose settlement solutions Settle claims in line with policy and ensure timely monthly credit runs Liaise with engineers, quality teams, service technicians and internal stakeholders Manage dealer and customer queries Train internal staff and dealers on warranty systems and processes Recover costs from suppliers and coordinate return of parts Provide guidance to Technical and Parts Helpdesk teams

The Person :
