Our business is transforming the way we manage our day-to-day operations. We’re seeking a Central Planning Unit Coordinator (known internally as CPU Coordinators) to join our Central Planning Unit based in our Dunstable office.

Job Details- Pay: £28k
- Hours: 40 hours per week, includes weekend working and evening shifts up to 8pm (part-time applicants may also be considered)
- Location: Hybrid (Dunstable)

The RoleAs a Central Planning Unit Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in optimising our operational efficiency and supporting business needs through effective route planning. You’ll utilise technology tools to plan routes for CViT and ATM services, constantly monitor route data, and analyse performance to maximise efficiency.
You’ll also support management in efficient team rostering, assist with onboarding new clients through site surveys, and ensure all operational processes meet company standards. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering streamlined solutions, this role could be a great fit for you.
About YouTo excel in this role, you’ll need to be organised, resourceful, and able to think logically to solve problems—whether you’re working independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
You should be comfortable using various systems and software and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. A positive, learning‑oriented attitude is key. A good understanding of driving hours rules and regulations is beneficial.
