Job Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Optimization:
Evaluate and redesign production processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve throughput.
Time & Motion Studies:
Conduct studies to determine optimal cycle times and identify areas for improvement.
Layout & Workflow Design:
Develop and implement efficient plant layouts and material handling systems
Cost Reduction Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and waste elimination.
Ergonomic Assessments:
Ensure workstations are designed to minimize strain and maximize productivity.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement changes.
Compliance & Standards Adherence:
Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and FMEA software.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
Project Management experience
