Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Process Analysis & Optimization :
  Evaluate and redesign production processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve throughput.
• Time & Motion Studies :
  Conduct studies to determine optimal cycle times and identify areas for improvement.
• Layout & Workflow Design :
  Develop and implement efficient plant layouts and material handling systems
• Cost Reduction Initiatives :
  Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and waste elimination.
• Ergonomic Assessments :
  Ensure workstations are designed to minimize strain and maximize productivity.
• Data Analysis & Reporting :
  Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and support decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement changes.
• Compliance & Standards Adherence :
  Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

• National Diploma or Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 35 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and FMEA software.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Project Management experience.
