About the Programme:
We are launching the CAPACITI Service Desk & AI Programme for 15 individuals based in Durban. This unique opportunity is designed to give participants practical experience in IT Service Desk operations while developing future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

If you are passionate about technology and eager to start your career in IT this programme is your gateway to building a strong foundation in digital support and innovation.

• Motivated individuals based in Umhlanga - Durban.
• Recent graduates young professionals or individuals with a passion for IT.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI IT Support and digital transformation.
• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialisation Computer Science or related field.
• Able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
