We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator for an established manufacturer in Durban North.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in the clothing (shoe) industry advantageous
- Knowledge of ERP systems SAGE or Sync
- Functional use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Previous experience with stock-takes
- Knowledge of Leather and Synthetic materials (PU & PVC) an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning, analytical and record-keeping skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
Duties
- Procurement of raw materials and consumables for manufacturing
- Quality and quantity control on all incoming material
- Stock control, stock counts and annual stock take
- Raw material inventory movements: receipts; issues; transfers
- Managing stores/warehouse
- Managing stores assistant
