A local hotel in Kwa Zulu-Natal is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for its cold kitchen department. The successful candidate will assist the Head and Sous Chef in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and quality in a busy hotel kitchen. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar 4- or 5-star environment, along with Grade 12 certification and good command of English.
Flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
