Full-time Msuez UK is a leading retail company in Durban, South Africa, specializing in the distribution of high-quality products. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies and ensure that our products are well-stocked and visually appealing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and meet company objectives - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product displays and promotions - Ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive and organized manner - Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products - Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist with setting up and participating in promotional events and product launches - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
