Our mission is to help people Write Code Right and 10x their impact by radically improving how developers build, learn, and grow in their work using generative AI. We are building the first tool that truly bridges the gap between low‑code platforms and full‑scale programming by abstracting code into natural language, giving developers full control over logic while eliminating the friction of syntax and boilerplate.

We are seeking a Founding Full‑Stack Software Engineer to help us build Hyper Dev from the ground up. This is not a feature‑factory role – you will work closely with the founders to make foundational decisions about architecture, product direction, and engineering culture. Your work will involve taking early concepts and shaping them into a world‑class developer product, from backend logic and API integrations to frontend experience.

• Design, build, and scale the core Hyper Dev platform – from backend services to frontend UX.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to define product direction, technical choices, and long‑term architecture.
• Integrate and experiment with cutting‑edge AI/LLM tooling to transform how developers write and interact with code.
• Build interactive demos and proof‑of‑concepts that evolve into production‑ready features.
• Establish engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, code quality) from day one.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML and developer tooling advancements, bringing the best ideas into the product.

• Strong experience with React and Remix frameworks.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and modern build tools (Vite, pnpm).
• Familiarity with Git/Git Hub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating third‑party APIs, especially LLM APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent interactions.
• Experience with automated testing and code quality tools (ESLint, Prettier, Vitest or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, full‑stack development environment.

• Integration with AI/LLM SDKs (e.g., Vercel AI SDK, @ai‑sdk/openai).
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and experimentation.
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers/Pages and related tooling.
• Knowledge of monorepo/workspace tools (Nx, Turborepo, pnpm work spaces).
• Deployment and Dev Ops experience (Docker, Coolify, environment variables).
• Advanced CSS and modern CSS‑in‑JS methodologies (UnoCSS, Tailwind).
• Packaging experience (Electron, Linux/Mac/Windows).
• Prior contributions to open‑source projects.
• Strong grasp of advanced LLM interaction principles (prompt engineering, model stacking).
